Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking & Confirmation
  • All services must be booked in advance via WhatsApp, our website, or email.
  • A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from Imperial Precision Detailing.
  1. Payment
  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept card, cash, and approved online payments.
  1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of £50 or 25% of the booked service (whichever is higher).
  • To cancel or reschedule, contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
  1. Vehicle Condition & Access
  • Customers must ensure vehicles are accessible and personal belongings are removed before the service begins.
  • Imperial Precision Detailing is not responsible for any loss or damage to items left inside the vehicle.
  1. Service Scope
  • All services are performed using professional techniques and premium products.
  • Some vehicles or heavily damaged paint may require additional work or may not achieve full results.
  • Full paint correction and ceramic coating services require a prior inspection before a final quote is confirmed.
  1. Liability
  • Imperial Precision Detailing is fully insured.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or paint imperfections.
  • Some results (e.g., swirl marks, minor scratches) may not be fully removable depending on vehicle age and paint condition.
  1. Weather & Environmental Conditions
  • Services may be rescheduled due to extreme weather (rain, snow, or unsafe conditions).
  • Customers will be notified promptly if a reschedule is required.
  1. Customer Conduct
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a customer behaves aggressively, abusively, or unsafely.
  1. Privacy
  • Personal information collected for bookings is used solely to provide our services and will not be shared with third parties.
  1. Amendments
  • Imperial Precision Detailing reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Customers will be notified of any material changes.

Additional Notes for Customers

  • Late Arrival: If the customer is not available at the agreed location/time, the service may be cancelled or rescheduled, subject to the same cancellation fee.
  • Premium Services Deposit: For high-value services (e.g., full paint correction, 3-year ceramic coatings), a deposit may be required to secure your booking.
  • On-Site Add-Ons: Any additional services requested during the appointment may incur extra charges.
